Dinner Sail -- Sail and Dine Around Sail from the Boca Raton Resort and Club along the Intracoastal Waterway by the estate mansions of Boca Raton and Hillsboro Mile, while sipping a cocktail and nibbling on an appetizer from our scrumptious seafood entrees. Our 30 foot beam assures comfort and stability. After dinner, while sailing you can truly hear the sounds of the sea and see the stars as they light up the ocean. Your dinner buffet is a selection of sumptuous entrees and local delicacies complete with delectable desserts, coffee and tea (see our catering information). Beer, wine and soft drinks are served with dinner, and a full premium liquor bar and/or after dinner drinks can also be arranged upon request. Optional additional items: Reggae band, full Premium liquor bar, buffet dinner available on the yacht and dessert and after dinner drinks at a restaurant. Sailing on the "Island Breeze" Catamaran is an experience to remember. Our professional Captain and enthusiastic Crew want you to enjoy Florida’s treasures; Our scenic Intracoastal waterway with spectacular estate mansions and homes and our clear blue Atlantic ocean with flying fish, turtles, porpoise, manatees and for an adventure... Swimming, Sailing and Snorkel South Florida’s living underwater reefs. As we cut through the water the sound of the wind fills the sails. You’ll find there’s nothing like the exhilaration of gliding over the ocean at a high speed while hearing the splash of waves against the boat. Enjoy a day of fun in the sun, anchored in a shallow 10-15’ reef, where you snorkel or swim at your leisure. We supply snorkeling gear and a professional instructor for the novice. As we’re sailing or at anchor, a delicious lunch and refreshing beverages are served. For your added entertainment your guests can dance and party or just relax with the wide range of music on board. For the more daring, we offer an interactive site known as the "nursery" to include reef shark feedings. PALM BEACH MANSION TOUR Enjoy a scenic Intracoastal waterway cruise from the Palm Harbor Marina on the Catamaran "Palm Breeze". As we sail on the waterway you guests can see some of the most beautiful homes in the world. Your tour guide can describe the history of Palm Beach on a two hour charter, or if you have more time available we can sail to Peanut Island and have a beach party, with waverunners, snorkeling, race boat & sea plane rides. BOCA RATON-SANCTUARY & HILLSBORO MILE HOMES Enjoy a scenic Intracoastal waterway cruise from the Boca Resort and Club on the Catamaran "Island Breeze". As we sail on the waterway your guests can see some of the most beautiful homes in the world. Your tour guide can describe the history of the Boca Raton and Hillsboro area on our two hour charter, or if you have more time available we can show you Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach on a 4-5 hour tour. BOCA RATON TO PALM BEACH TOUR Sail to Palm Beach and view the famous Mar-a-lago Estate Home (owned by Donald Trump, formerly the Post Mansion) Jimmy Buffett, and Kennedy Mansions on the Intracoastal. Your guests can enjoy a delicious lunch and beautiful cruise, then return by bus to Boca Raton. Estimated time of charter: 4 hours. Bus transfer: 45 minutes. Total time: 5 hours BOCA RATON TO THE NEW RIVER IN FORT LAUDERDALE Sail the Intracoastal waterway to the New River. Relax and cruise on the Palm Breeze, while seeing the historical estate homes. Return by bus to Boca Resort. Estimated time of charter: 4 hours. Bus transfer: 45 minutes. Total time: 5 hours For Groups from 1 to 147 guests, we can sail our catamaran yachts from Palm Harbor Marina in W. Palm Bch, to Peanut Island. Your party can be set up on the uninhabited part of the island. We can beach the boats on the sand, where all kinds of fun activities await your group. We have different themes available from Hawaiian, Pirates of the Caribean, and many others. The S/V Island Breeze and the Palm Breeze are state of the art 55 foot Sailing Catamarans Coast Guard Certified for up to 49 guests each. The "Island Breeze", has a glass bottom viewing area. Each vessel feature a spacious covered bar and lounge area, cushioned seating, and two private bathrooms. In December 2002, both yachts were completely renovated, to keep up our quality standards. We depart from the Palm Harbour Marina, at Banyan and Flagler in Palm Beach. We sail your guests approximately 45 minutes to the island, and beach the boats. Our stairway to the sea is lowered and your guests can walk off to the beach area. On the island, you can walk or take a refreshing swim in the crystal clear blue water. Activities available delivered to the island: Our 1200 horsepower Offshore Racing Boat, the Palm Breeze Express, or our 1000 h.p. Supercat Light raceboat can rendezvous with your party and offer 15 minute ocean speedboat rides.... a thrill they will never forget. Waverunners, Seaplanes, Parasailing, Beach Games, and other activities can be arranged and delivered to the island. A lunch buffet to include Bahamian conch fritters, Caribbean Jerk Chicken, and Barbecue Ribs, with all of the fixins is awaiting your guests on the boat, along with cool refreshing beverages. A Calypso or Reggae band for your added entertainment can be arranged.
